Our Story

MOKE is a premier and authentic taste of the Mornington Peninsula. Since opening in December 2019, our mission has been to provide high-quality food for all those that wish to combine fun and enjoyable ambiance with skillful cooking into one extraordinary dining experience. 

The Moke team have created a relaxed bespoke environment where groups of people gather to experience the Mornington Peninsula's culinary expression, featuring local growers, small producers. We capture the seasons and deliver our unique guest's menus presented and executed with a restrained sensory-driven approach. Our sharing plates are for you to relax and enjoy great company. 
Moke is the first solo venture of Michael Cole, Head Chef. It is the culmination of a career spent roaming the globe to hone his culinary creativity. An evolution from time spent in some of the best kitchens in the world. Michael crafts a dining experience like no other.

We offer a shared dining experience designed from the freshest of ingredients. The chef changes the menu weekly but is known to vary daily, depending on what he can get his hands on. The price per head is $95.

We have collaborated with Redhill Wine Collective to create an impressive wine list with local vineyards in mind as well as interstate and overseas wines, local beers, and cocktails.

As it is a set menu, please let us know if there are any dietary requirements. Some menu variations are possible for vegetarian/pescatarian/gluten-free as long as the kitchen is aware when booking. We are not able to offer Vegan and Dairy-Free menu. If you have any questions, please email or call Alexandra on 0447 196 188.

We require credit card details as security for your booking with no charges to your card at the time of booking. However, we do require 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations to your booking. Failure to do so will incur a cancellation fee of $75 per person. 

PLEASE NOTE Some changes in our terms and conditions due to the current situation. If any of your group exhibits even minor cold or flu symptoms, we respectfully request that you cancel or alter your booking. We reserve the right to turn guests away at the door if there is a perceived issue of concern for our other patrons and staff.
